We can also make efficient and reliable arrangement for goods return to Hong Kong.

Since our company arranges shipping and consolidation, and issues bills of lading on its own, we could be more effective in coordinating the goods with the delivery time required by customers at destination, or arranging proper shipping schedule according to the delivery dates provided by customers. The bills of lading will be issued after vessel departure, and will be sent to customers by e-mail or fax. It will be printed with the names of the shippers, consignees, quantities and details of goods, as well as the contact information of our branch offices at destination. Customers can check for the progress of their goods according to the numbers of their bills of lading.

If customers plan to leave Hong Kong before vessel departure, we can send the bills of lading to the consignees at destination by e-mail or fax on customers’ request. Then for about one week before the cargoes arrive destination, our branch offices at destination will contact the consignees for arranging the documents and procedures for customs clearance, as well as goods delivery. If there is any queries or changes, the consignees may contact the local offices according to the contact information on the bills of lading.
 
Workflow Arrangement
 
1. Customers may call our Customer Service Department for inquiries, and may fill out the Moving Check List
    (download) by their own and send to us by e-mail or fax, or make appointments for an on-site estimation;
 
2. Our company will provide customers with an official quote according to the size and quantities of goods,
    and any additional services that customers may require;
 
3. Upon agreement of our terms of service, we will supply all the necessary packing materials (such as
    cartoon boxes, thin films, bubble films, cardboard, adhesive tape, ... etc.) for customers to completely pack
    all the moving items in a safe and organized manner;
 
4. We will set a time with customers for providing professional on-site packing services (especially in
    handling fragile objects), as well as removal arrangement;
 
5. We will arrange proper shipping schedule according to the arrival dates provided by customers;
 
6. We will prepare the related shipping documents, bills of lading, packing lists, insurance policies, ... etc.;
 
7. We will send the bill of lading to customers by e-mail or fax;
 
8. For about one week before the cargoes arrive destination, our branch offices at destination will contact the
    consignees for arranging the documents and procedures for customs clearance, as well as goods delivery.

Workflow Arrangement

 
1. Customers may call our Customer Service Department or send us e-mail (enquiry@ecimovers.com)
    for inquiries on airfreight;
 
2. Our company will provide an official quote according to the relevant information provided by customers,
    and any additional services that customers may require;
 
3. Customers need to fill out the booking order form (Shipping Form) / (Air Instruction Form) and send to us
    by e-mail or fax as an agreement of our terms of service;
 
4. We will contact customers immediately to arrange shipping matters as per customers’ instructions;
 
5. We will arrange proper shipping or flight schedules according to customers’ requirements;
 
6. We will provide customers with a draft of the bills of lading for verification;
 
7. When the information on the bills of lading is verified to be correct, we will set a time with customers and
    send them the original bills of lading by express after flight departure;
 
8. For about one week before the cargoes arrive destination, our branch offices at destination will contact the
    consignees and issue cargo arrival notification for arranging the procedures for customs clearance by the
    customs clearance companies at destination.
