Our company has a professional local vehicle team, including 5 tons, 8 tons and 10 tons heavy trucks to provide customers with a complete solution for moving houses, moving pianos, moving factories and offices. We have equipped with a series of high-quality relocating equipment to deal with all kinds of complex relocation activities for customers, such as packing of all types of furniture and electrical appliances (especially for fragile items), disassembling and assembling of all types of furniture, disconnection and installation of electrical appliances and components, as well as moving of big furniture and electrical appliances up and down of stairs or lifting up on to balconies of a village house.
Basic procedures |

1. Customers may call our Customer Service Department for inquiries, and may fill out the Moving Check List
(download) by their own and send to us by e-mail or fax, or make appointments for an on-site estimation; |

2. Our company will provide customers with a quote according to the size and quantities of goods, and any
additional services that customers may require; |

3. Upon agreement of our terms of service, we will: |
|
|
|
a) set a time with customers and deliver soonest all the necessary packing materials for customers’ personal
packing of the delicate and personal privacy items. |
|
|
|
b) set a moving date with customers for arranging our experienced and courteous staff for relocation. |
|
4. We will provide professional on-site packing service, and take extra special care in handling fragile and
vulnerable items, and not to scratch the furniture. We will be careful so as not to damage the floor of your
new home, and also pay attention in the disassembling and assembling of furniture, and clear all unwanted
boxes and packing debris for you. |

Remarks: Our Company does not allow staff to charge tips from customers, and customers are also not advised to pay tips to our staff. |
